From CRM to a Global Brand: The Journey of ALTA Aesthetics
In 2022, Summit Aesthetics was looking for a solution to improve its customer relationship management and came across a blog post by LANE. Impressed by our expertise, they chose to entrust us with the implementation of their CRM. This initial project was the starting point for a fruitful collaboration.
Following this first success, we expanded our collaboration to other critical projects:
- Digital audit: mapping of existing processes via Miro.
- Management and coordination: complete management of the clinic's digital projects, ensuring efficient and structured management.
- Monthly Hours Pack: Complete offering for ongoing marketing and sales management.
In 2024, Summit decided to reinvent itself by becoming ALTA Aesthetics , requiring a complete rebranding. This change included:
- Rebranding: creation of a new logo and visual identity.
- Video and photo shoot: highlighting their story and expertise through engaging visuals.
- Website redesign: transition from Summit to ALTA, with a modern and functional website.
- Social media redesign: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube profiles updated to reflect the new identity.
- Google My Business update: optimization to improve local visibility and attract new customers.
- Newsletters: targeted campaigns via WIX, using a segmented database for effective communication.
- Blog articles: creating content to strengthen local SEO and attract a relevant audience.
And finally, we are developing an expansion strategy for 2025, including a communication and organizational plan for the new ALTA clinics that will open in Zurich and Warsaw.
The challenges were numerous, including ensuring a smooth transition to the new brand, maintaining a Swiss-quality image while expanding internationally, and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple agencies.
To meet these challenges, we have implemented specific solutions:
