A dental practice made brighter, more modern, and more attractive.

Diamond Smile possessed solid and recognized expertise, but lacked visibility and consistency in its digital communication. The project's objective was to structure its brand image to make it more professional, more reassuring, and more attractive.


To achieve this, a visual identity update was implemented to ensure consistency across all media. A simple and effective content strategy was then deployed on social media, based on education, social proof, and highlighting concrete results (before/after photos, testimonials, educational content).


The Instagram presence was structured to become a true professional touchpoint, while the services offered were clarified to facilitate understanding of the treatments and encourage appointment bookings. In parallel, printed materials were created to enhance the patient experience in the practice, and a referral program was implemented to stimulate word-of-mouth. Finally, the Google My Business listings were optimized to improve the local visibility of both practices.


Thanks to these actions, Diamond Smile now has a stronger, more consistent and more reassuring image, with a solid foundation to support its long-term development.
