Complete digital ecosystem audit to create synergies and opportunities
For Ezia Athletic Club, we conducted a comprehensive audit of their digital ecosystem to address their diverse needs: recruitment, employee onboarding, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and more. We assessed their current CRM usage, website integration, payment processes, and prospecting.
At the same time, we examined their project management and recurring meetings, integrating gamification solutions via a leaderboard. We explored other potential integrations and possible synergies.
For each identified need, we proposed the best available digital solution, detailing the benefits, costs, implementation process, and organizing demonstrations and mediations with digital solution representatives if necessary.
We also recommended best practices for using CRM and provided appropriate training.
Regarding project management, we presented potential use cases and the added value.
For professional gamification, we proposed a leaderboard.
Additionally, we suggested additional software for SOPs (Trainual), human resources (BambooHR), and forms automation (Tally and Make.com). Finally, we established a prioritization and roadmap for implementing the proposed solutions.
