Digitalization of patient admissions management
We implemented project management software for the Jaime Leandro Foundation, a healthcare organization located in the United States.
To streamline their inquiries for new patients, we implemented a form directly within the ClickUp project management software. This form is available directly on their website, branded in the association's colors.
We then streamlined the request management process to automate customer communication as much as possible.
Also, once the patient engages in the treatment process, it is immediately moved into project management. A model was created to standardize a complex process of more than 75 tasks to be organized with external partners over more than 6 months.
Tasks are dependent with dynamic due dates.
The solution is "HIPAA compliant" to meet the data protection needs of the medical sector in the USA.
