How to strengthen cohesion and collaboration within the Michel Reybier Hospitality group
LANE is the official event partner of the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group, for all their annual seminars at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken, bringing together elite members of various properties for an in-depth exploration of the group's vision, values, and future. This three-day event is a unique opportunity for knowledge sharing, bonding, and collective pursuit of the group's goals.
As the agency responsible for coordinating and organizing this annual conference, LANE Digital played a key role in ensuring the event ran smoothly. We developed a custom app, available in multiple languages, to facilitate travel planning, registration management, scheduling, gamification, and instant communication, ensuring an optimal user experience. Additionally, AI solutions for real-time translation were implemented, allowing attendees to follow sessions in their native language through headsets.
Additionally, we designed and coordinated presentations and panels focused on digital trends, including educational workshops and professional moderation, providing substantial educational value and captivating attendees' attention. Our presentations not only enriched the event's content but also maximized guest engagement through interactive and innovative approaches.
The app streamlined logistics and reduced stress for organizers, allowing them to focus on what matters most: delivering an exceptional experience to their guests. Participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the quality of the presentations and the seamless organization.
