During our collaboration with Swiss Medical Network and the AEVIS Victoria group, we had the opportunity to significantly transform the event experience during Management Days, Medical Days and Junior Days, strategic events focused on medical and digital.

We developed a custom interactive application that revolutionized registration management and session scheduling, while facilitating instant and seamless communication with attendees. This application not only simplified logistical aspects for organizers, but also enriched the attendee experience, providing them with direct and personalized access to the necessary information.

At the same time, we designed and delivered educational digital workshops, enabling participants to acquire practical skills and in-depth knowledge of innovative technologies relevant to their sector. These workshops were enthusiastically received and added significant educational value to the event.

Additionally, our team moderated the various sessions, ensuring dynamic and productive interaction between speakers and the audience. This moderation facilitated constructive exchanges and maximized participant engagement.
