During our collaboration with Swiss Medical Network and the AEVIS Victoriagroup, we had the opportunity to significantly transform the event experience at Management Days, Medical Days and Junior Days, strategic events focused on the medical and digital worlds.

We developed a tailor-made interactive application that revolutionized registration management and session scheduling, while facilitating instant and fluid communication with participants. This application not only simplified the logistical aspects for organizers, but also enriched the experience for participants, giving them direct, personalized access to the information they needed.

At the same time, we designed and ran educational digital workshops, enabling participants to acquire practical skills and in-depth knowledge of innovative technologies relevant to their sector. These workshops were enthusiastically received and added significant educational value to the event.

In addition, our team moderated the various sessions, ensuring dynamic and productive interaction between the speakers and the audience. This facilitated constructive exchanges and maximized participants'commitment .
