It all started with a detailed process mapping on Miro, where we identified opportunities for optimization and standardization to better reflect our integration and implementation needs.
We created task list and group templates tailored to a variety of scenarios, from simple to complex, to those requiring R&D involvement. This standardized framework made it easier for their teams to navigate projects while maintaining the flexibility needed to adapt to each situation.
ClickUp adoption was facilitated through live coaching sessions and QA sessions , transforming some of our employees into true ClickUp champions within the company. This internal expertise was a major asset in unifying departments and simplifying information sharing, reducing the need for meetings and saving valuable time.
