At LANE, we understand the importance of evolving and developing partnerships with leading software companies to better serve our customers.
Recently, we embarked on a very rewarding journey with ClickUp's SPARK program, aiming to move from “Verified Consultant” status to “Solution Partner” status.
But before telling you more, a little flashback to our journey as Verified Consultants.
LANE Experience as a Verified Consultant

Our partnership with ClickUp began as verified consultants and has been marked throughout by a commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients. We have provided advice, training, and support, helping organizations leverage the full potential of ClickUp's features.
A few years ago, we had the privilege of becoming the first French-speaking ClickUp consultants, joining a very select group (200 certified consultants worldwide). This has allowed us to help companies of all sizes optimize their workflows and productivity using the versatile project management platform that is ClickUp.

LANE Digital's goal is to optimize business processes through digital tools. Demand was such that a team of expert ClickUp consultants was formed internally at LANE Digital.

Improved Value Proposition: Not only will we continue to provide professional services, but we will also be able to efficiently manage licenses. This means a hassle-free experience for our customers, as they can rely on us for their service and licensing needs. This will allow us to better optimize their license management (number and type of subscription) to help them manage their costs and seize opportunities for features reserved for certain subscriptions only.
Closer collaboration with the ClickUp team: This new step brings us closer to the ClickUp team. The program includes intensive campaigns through daily meetings with the ClickUp team. At the end of the SPARK program, a weekly meeting will be held with our ClickUp correspondent to review our clients, recommend tools, and provide new opportunities. This means we can tap into ClickUp's wealth of resources and expertise, allowing us to meet our clients' needs comprehensively and effectively.
